Hi Frank my name is Beth. I have had alot of negativity in 2018 this year I’m taking control back and changing it. I was wondering how do I keep being positive and wanting this good change to happen? I still feel some negativity but I try to not let it take over. I try calling on the angels and spirit guides for help too. Not sure if I’m asking for their help correctly… If there is a correct way to call on them? Thank you, Beth
Hi Beth, Seeing the change as already done helps you keep your focus on the positive momentum. Believing in the assistance your Angels are bringing is also important.
Don’t judge yourself too harshly … it takes practice to be more optimistic. You are doing an awesome job raising your vibration.
