Good Day, Dear One,

You have a very sensitive heart. It has been broken many times causing much heart pain. 

Over time, the spots in your heart have hardened. I would like your permission to begin to slowly healing some of your wounds. 

I will send healing energy to you while you sleep. You may find yourself thinking of old issues in the next coming days or weeks. Smile when you realize it is another part of your heart being healed.
